The service, care and attention my family and I received from the arrival to the departure (3 days), was beyond excellent. There is too much to list to explain why. A huge thank you to the door staff that worked Thursday and Friday and to Andrea the Concierge Manager for arranging something at such short notice for me. Everyone could not do enough. What a fabulous hotel. We will definitely be returning.

This is a superb hotel located in Covent Garden. I stayed here over a weekend. The hotel has a chilled-out and relaxed vibe.
